COMPLIANCE & SECURITY
SELL WITH
TOTAL CONFIDENCE
Selling used radios isn’t just a logistics problem — it’s a regulatory one. Most radios contain programming data, encryption keys, employee names, and other sensitive information. We handle all legal and environmental requirements so you don’t have to.
- CERTIFIED DATA WIPING
Every radio is securely wiped of programming, employee names, and encryption keys before resale. Certificates of erasure provided. - LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Critical for organizations. We provide audit-ready chain-of-custody and disposal documentation to mitigate risk. - REGULATORY DOCUMENTATION
License transfer, deactivation, and disposal records to keep you compliant with FCC and other requirements. - CERTIFIED E-WASTE HANDLING
All non-resaleable equipment is processed through certified e-waste partners. Full environmental compliance.
Is there a minimum quantity you will buy
There’s no formal minimum. We’ve bought single radios from individuals and 10,000-unit fleet decommissioned from municipalities.
Do you buy defective or non-working radios
Yes. We buy radios in any condition — working, partially working, for parts, or non-functional. Pricing varies, but we make offers on equipment other buyers won’t touch.
How fast to receive a quote
Most quotes are returned the same business day for submissions received before 2pm ET. Larger or mixed inventories may take 24-48 hours for our buyers to assess accurately.
Who pays for shipping and pickup
We do — entirely. Once an offer is accepted, we arrange and pay for freight pickup from your location anywhere in the U.S. We also provide packing supplies and may offer additional compensation for packaging. No logistics cost to you.
How and when will I get paid
Payment is issued via wire transfer or check (your choice) within 2-3 business days of inventory verification. Total time from quote acceptance to payment is typically 7-14 days end-to-end.
Can I trade in toward new equipment
Absolutely. If you’re upgrading your fleet, we offer trade-in credit that can be applied directly against new equipment purchases with your local radio dealer.
